CSEFEL Pyramid - A Deeper Dive into Nurturing Responsive Relationships and Supporting Challenging Behaviors

This workshop delves into the CSEFEL Pyramid model, highlighting responsive relationship-building in early childhood education and introducing strategies to boost children's executive functions, conflict resolution, and cooperation, all while fostering mutual respect and trust through developmentally appropriate practices. Additionally, it focuses on preventing challenging behaviors and promoting positive social skills through environmental adjustments, positive reinforcement, emotional training, and a comprehensive approach to behavior understanding, involving goal-setting, data analysis, and customized support plans.
